Wage Wizard is a service operated by Future Consulting B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands at Zandvoortselaan 184, 2106 AP Heemstede — KvK 94292582, VAT NL866715757B01. We provide pay benchmarking services to businesses, and we are the data controller for the personal data we collect through wage-wizard.co.uk.

Future Consulting B.V. has taken over the operation of this service from Wage Wizard Ltd, which no longer exists. Personal data previously held by Wage Wizard Ltd is now processed by Future Consulting B.V. as controller, on the same bases set out below.
Because we are established in the Netherlands, the EU GDPR and the Dutch implementing act (Uitvoeringswet AVG) apply to our processing. Where we offer services to users in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 also apply to that processing.

We do not collect or store personal salary information about you. When you use the salary checker or benchmarking tools, the figures shown are published statistics, not data about you.

If we transfer your data outside the EEA (e.g. for cloud hosting), we ensure it is protected by approved safeguards, such as data processing agreements, an adequacy decision, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The same applies to transfers outside the United Kingdom, using the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where required.
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide your purchased services, meet our legal and financial obligations, and resolve any disputes. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to a data protection authority. As we are established in the Netherlands, our lead supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. You may also complain to the authority where you live or work, including the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
These are required for the site to work. They handle your login session and protect forms against cross-site attacks (Django CSRF token). You cannot opt out of these — without them the site cannot function.
