1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the wage-wizard.co.uk website ("the Site") and any data, content, and forecasts ("Content") made available through the Site. By purchasing access or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or the Content.

2. Ownership of Content

All Content on this Site, including pay benchmarking data, forecasts, and analysis, is and remains the intellectual property of Future Consulting B.V.

Your purchase grants you a limited licence to access and use the Content in accordance with these Terms. You do not own the Content.

3. Licence Grant and Restrictions

3.1 Licence Grant

Upon purchase, Future Consulting B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, individual licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal or internal business use.

This licence applies to the specific job-region combination you purchase and remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, with access to monthly forecast updates and updated national statistics during that period.

3.2 Licence Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share, distribute, sublicense, resell, publish, or otherwise disclose any Content to any third party, whether publicly or privately, outside your organisation.
• Use the Content for any purpose other than your own internal business operations.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Content.
• Allow anyone else to access the Content using your login credentials.

Each licence is for individual use only. If multiple individuals within your organisation require access, you must purchase separate licences for each user. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Access and Availability

Your purchase entitles you to access the purchased job-region Content for 12 months, including monthly updates. We reserve the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical issues.

5. Termination of Licence

Future Consulting B.V. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your licence and access to the Content immediately, without notice or refund, if you:

• Breach any part of these Terms,
• Share the Content outside your organisation,
• Share your login credentials,
• Attempt to misuse, scrape, or commercially exploit the Site or Content.

6. No Warranties

The Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific business circumstances. The Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Future Consulting B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, arising from your use of or reliance on the Content.

8. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Future Consulting B.V. may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
